About us
We are one12, a grassroots, family-oriented fundraising team. We partner with mission-driven organizations on the fundraising that sustains their work, and we give each client personal attention.
We bring five disciplines under one roof: donor data, direct mail, fundraising direction, events and legacy giving. Because we are small, the people you meet are the people who do the work, and we see how each part affects the others.
The work is hands-on and collaborative. Plans are written with your team, materials are built to be reused, and each engagement is shaped around the donors you already have and the ones you hope to meet.
Donors are partners in the mission, not transactions.
Decisions rest on data your team can read and trust.

Why we do this
We have spent our working lives around kitchen tables, board rooms and donor phone calls, and the lesson is always the same: people give to people. A gift is a relationship, and relationships deserve care.
