What the forms collect

Only what you type or choose. There are three forms.

• Contact: your first and last name, organization, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message.
• Free consultation: the same details, plus up to three preferred weekdays with a time of day for each, and whether you would like a phone call, a video call or email.
• Assessment: your name, organization, email address, phone number (optional), your yes or no answers, and any optional notes you write.

How your submission is handled

When you send a form, the website emails it to the one12 team at leanna@one12consulting.com and to no one else. The website does not store it: there is no database, no file and no browser storage behind these forms. The email in our inbox is the only copy.

We use what you send only to reply to you about your note, your consultation or your assessment.

Who delivers the email

The message travels by Amazon Simple Email Service, through the sending service of Sapling CRM Inc. They handle it only to deliver it to us.

Cookies and visitor counts

This website sets no cookies. It uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. That service uses no cookies and does not follow you from site to site. Fonts are served from this website itself, not from a third party.

Limiting spam

To keep automated spam out, the server briefly counts how many times a network address has sent a form. The count is held in memory only, is not a record of who you are, and disappears when the server restarts.

Questions, corrections and removal

Write to leanna@one12consulting.com to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Because the email in our inbox is the only copy, deleting it there removes it.
